Rosie Armstrong Lang, is a proud Gamilaroi woman from Boggabilla, raised on the Toomelah mission located on the New South Wales and Queensland Boarder, Australia. Emu (Dhiniwin) is her tribal totem. As a mother, grandmother, and aunty, Rosie honours and protects her cultural roots. The CEO and founder of the Culturally Informed Practices Institute, where she has dedicated her career to helping victims and survivors of trauma. Her practice, Winingali Ways, focuses on decolonising healing through cultural methods. Her work includes circle gatherings, training for professionals, and school group programs. An advocate for integrating culture into mental health practices to create safe spaces for healing.
